Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ProductGenie AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. WP Marketer Tools ("we," "us," or "our") may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Service

ProductGenie AI is a web-based tool that turns a written idea into a downloadable digital product — an ebook, guide, planner, workbook, or template — using AI-assisted content generation and automated document formatting. You submit a short description of your idea and choose a format; the Service generates written content and produces a downloadable PDF.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@wpmarketertools.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights
• Generate content intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, including through excessive automated requests
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself (as opposed to the digital products you create with it, which you're free to sell)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Content & AI-Generated Output

"Your Input" means the ideas, descriptions, and other text you submit to the Service. "Generated Output" means the written content and PDF documents the Service creates based on Your Input.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of Your Input, and we assign to you all of our right, title, and interest in the Generated Output created from it. You may use, sell, and distribute Generated Output as your own work, including commercially.

Because Generated Output is created by an AI system, we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, original, or free of errors, and you are responsible for reviewing Generated Output before publishing, selling, or relying on it — including checking that it doesn't unintentionally overlap with someone else's copyrighted work. You are solely responsible for the content you ultimately publish or distribute.

6. Payments

Purchases of paid plans or credits for the Service are processed through a third-party payment provider, not directly on this site. We do not collect or store your payment card information — that is handled entirely by our payment processor, subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

Billing frequency, pricing, and refund eligibility are as described at the time of purchase through that third-party provider. Questions about a specific charge should be directed to support@wpmarketertools.com and we will help route them appropriately.

7. Disclaimers & No Warranty

The Service and all Generated Output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Generated Output will meet your requirements or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WP Marketer Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where practical.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 — will continue to apply after your account is closed.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
