1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how WP Marketer Tools ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ProductGenie AI (the "Service"). It applies to visitors and account holders at productgenie.app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: the email address, name (if provided), and password you use to sign up. Passwords are stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we never store your actual password.
• Content you submit: the ideas and descriptions you enter to generate digital products, and the products (text and PDFs) the Service creates for you.
• Usage and log data: information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
• Session cookies: a cookie that keeps you signed in (see Section 5).

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment for paid plans is handled entirely by a third-party payment processor, and any payment information you provide goes directly to that processor, not to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create and maintain your account, and keep you signed in
• Generate the digital products you request
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers

To generate written content, the ideas and prompts you submit are sent to an AI content provider (such as OpenAI) for processing. That provider processes this content under its own terms and privacy commitments, and we don't control how long it may retain data for its own abuse-monitoring purposes.

We also rely on other third-party providers to operate the Service, including our web hosting provider and our payment processor. We share only the information each provider needs to perform its function — for example, our payment processor receives your payment information directly and independently of us.

5. Cookies & Session Data

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. This cookie doesn't track you across other websites and isn't used for advertising. Because it's required for the Service to function, there's no option to use the Service without it while staying signed in.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers described in Section 4, to the extent needed to operate the Service
• If required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of WP Marketer Tools, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required by law

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete your account information and generated content from our active systems, except where we're required to retain certain records for legal or security purposes. You can request account deletion by emailing support@wpmarketertools.com.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit with HTTPS and storing passwords as salted cryptographic hashes rather than plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wpmarketertools.com so we can delete it.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account information directly in the Service, or contact us at support@wpmarketertools.com to exercise these rights. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
